Clover Honey is the honey by which all others are judged. It's usually light amber to amber in color with a mild but distinctive flavor. It's the honey that is used most often to produce comb honey. Our clover honey is gathered in Montana and North Dakota. Available for Purchase

Wildflower Honey is a combination of various floral nectar sources from Spring flowers such as fruit trees to sweet clover in the Summer. Flavor varies batch to batch. Available for Purchase

Our honey is collected from hives in the bountiful Central Valley. We gently heat it to 120°F for bottling purposes, a cooler temperature than your average cup of hot tea. Unfiltered and wild, our honey is great for cooking, beverages and eating by the spoonful!

Meeks' Honey is sorry to inconvenience our customers by not offering some of flavors we've been able to offer in the past. The extreme California drought in 2007 has affected honey production for sage, buckwheat, star thistle, and orange but the 2008 season looks promising. The abundant rains we're currently experiencing are good for honey production so we're hoping for a good honey year. We can do little but watch. Thank you for your patience.
